You need to work on camera angles when showing how to pour.

Is the top of your machine not warm enough to pre-heat the cups? Should I try running under a little warm water?

@Ultimate2011PC No. we knew about this before green hornet. Very imature of you to imply this idea came from the movie. this trend has been goin around since the 1980s. so yeah. .

@fredcary1 ur Kind of Stretching the Milk .. Try Steaming Air into your Milk untill u feel ur Can Warming up a bit Then stick it in a Liitle bit lower so it wont go shhhhh then Let it spin Untill u Cant hold it and ur Milk should be about 50-60 Degrees... Use a Thermometer if Nececary ;) then its Just a Matter of practise With the Pouring

The trick is not to get height in your foam or lots of 'foam'. It should be shiny, smooth and silky with not much obvious bubbles. The extraction of the coffee must leave a rich layer of red/ brown on top of the coffee. You achieve this by having good freshly ground coffee. Ground fine enough. When it runs through it should trickle like honey. Not come fast. A shot of coffee is around 30mls. Try steaming a low fat milk first. You should see a vortex while steaming, not moving up and down.
