@papamanley - You're deluded. The British and French colonized many locations in Africa and did what whites are best at - creating infrastructure. Once they created a system that Africans could use to compete against the world, the Africans used their new military knowledge to overthrow the whites and take control of their governments. In every single case, they now consider this a mistake. Each country fell into ruin and their exports dwindled. When the white man left, the jobs left with him.
