Klara and Johanna Söderberg, AKA First Aid Kit (17 and 19 respectively) have been gathering fans apace throughout 2009, since the release of their Drunken Trees EP in February (originally released on The Knifes Rabid label and picked up for the world by Wichita Recordings). They now unveil their wonderful debut album, The Big Black and The Blue due out on 25 January 2010.

For those saying that MoA quit making kpop covers for this , YOU'RE WRONG. She already was in this band even before she made Kpop covers. The reason she quit is because she joined the 2ne1 lonely cover contest and had to show her face. Then she was caught that she was doing covers which is illegal cuz she's famous already ! Geez to those people saying "MoA quit doing kpop covers for this ? Wow she wouldve been more fanous with kpop" and those blabla , get your facts right

It's the simplicity that makes it so good. You don't need complex arrangements, synthesizers, wailing guitars, or pounding drums to make good music. Klara's voice is just marvelous, and Johanna's voice is the perfect compliment to it. Anything that would detract from their voices would spoil the whole thing.
