New Boeing marketing video (June 2009) showing the capabilies of the F-15SE Silent Eagle stealth version, being offered for sale to international customers. A demonstrator is to fly by mid-2010.
@junwson As I understand it, its being offered as an alternative to the F-22. This is a more streamlined version, more modern. The israelis have voiced interest in this aircraft, especially since the F-22 was cancelled.
@R3rules The YF-23 Black Widow II is battle ready in the mid-90s and is way better than the F-22, but lockheed won the contract which we have now the F-22, so now the only 2 YF-23's is in the museum.
@iGhost These tweaks and adjustments may not be so minor, especially sense the
F-22 program started in the early to mid 80's when they were looking for an ATF (advanced tactical fighter). I'm just saying, for something to cost over $350 miilion a pop, I would expect it to be battle ready by now. Does anyone have a clue on when the F-35 will be battle ready? Or does that have problems like the F-22?
The F-15, unlike the F-22 and F-35 has proven itself in combat.

Definitely a better choice for an air force with a tight budget than the super expensive F-22

Another Mormon sponsered vid. You're going on my ignore list. Especially since Boeing publishes their stuff for free without the mormon bullshit.
