yes its true im so very surprised,wala ka kaila nako,1999 to 2001 lang ako nag work.nakkamis na kc ang baybay,bisan ug usa pako ka tuig dere sa nederland.but salamat ha...every yr ka mag bakasyon?karong tuega dli na town ang baybay cityna daw.asa man na dapit ang conalum..

Salamat! Wala man ko kaila sa mga pangalan nila di man ko taga baybay gud, taga Conalum man ko, pero famiar ra kay pirmi man nako makit-an kada uli didto. BTW I'm glad that you knew those girls and guards working at Belen Supermarket, I guess you were surprised when you saw your co-workers from belen on youtube lol basin kaila pud ko nimo. This video is great ! It brought a lot of good memories when I used to visit my auntie when I was young . My birth place is Pilar , Camotes the little island right across Baybay Leyte . We migrated to US when I was seven but for no reason my heart never left this place , I'm now 40 .

Haay! missin' this place. I was born here and studed at the Baybay South Central School till my 5th grade. I still remember the nutriban during our recess. I stuffed it with voilet colored kalamay or halaya. That was yummy as I recalled. I also love the puso, muron and different delicacies. Hanging-out in the plaza nearby, running and chasing around with playmates at the church yard. Whatta chilhood memories. I hope to visit this hometown again. Move forward Baybay!
