International court does not have jurisiticaion over a sovereign state. tonny benn lives in a fairy tale. no different than bush invading iraq. truth and reconciliation does not always work. justice is a prerequisite for reconciliation rather than an alternative to it

Tony Benn is the Prime Minster we should have had. I suspect he was too honest to be able to slither his way to the top as so many leaders do. I suppose the positive aspect of all of this is the truth is clear; the United States of America is presently an abomination. Whatever values it was based upon have been dead for a very long time and so it continues, and does its attempt to cover up its dreadful acts.

You dont have to be one of the millions who are finally seeing the US for what it really is to speculate that it was American pressure to hang Saddam that was a factor here. For one thing they didnt want him talking too much about his good friends Donald Rumsfeld, Dick Cheyney or Ronald Reagan, did they? How they armed him, even up to and including long range chemical shells to use on Iran. It's all documented, people. It's just that the "patriotic" USA media dont cover it. Free press? My Arse.
