  • Aw thanks for the shout out! I LOVE the foam roller! Helps so much! Especially during marathon training season. I start up training next week! (what a nice birthday treat for me ;) ) I was wondering if you had skype? Im planning out my Toronto trip and thought we could maybe chat a bit :). I SERIOUSLY love the day in the life vids. Awesome work on the saturday run. I acknowledge runners for sure. Gives me a huge jump of energy when I give a wave or smile or "good mornin'" Proud of you!! <3

  • Thanks for the advice after your run. It's really nice to hear you say something like that, because it does take work, there's no easy way out. I'm loosing weight and I still have about 50 pounds to go and i want to do it the right way. I'm on weight watchers but i'm doing my best to not only stay within point, but to eat right and loosing the weight the right way.

  • i have been running (well/ easing into running by walking/running intervals) three days a week. Is it safe to do it say five or six times a week? I LOVE IT, and it makes me feel great, but don't want to "overdo" it. Is there such a thing as "overdo"?
