"Salone Garden": A short documentary of my 2009 vegetable garden. Most foreign and ethnic crops grown in the summer months on the East Cost of USA. These include, sawa sawa, crain crain, borlogee, salone green, calaloo, egg plant, cucumber, tomato, squash, thyme, scallion, mint, collar green and a lot more. This takes a lot of dedication and time, as this is not my full time vocation, it involves getting up early as 5am, tending my garden and leaving for my day job around 8.30am. Being self employed it is a little bit easy for me to accomplish. Favorite leaf: Borlorgee, I grow this outside in the summer and indoor in the winter. All these crops are sold online at "Laconyemi Fresh African Food".
