Quick Walkthrough:
1). Find the Elder Scroll
2). Fill the Lexicon
3). Give the Lexicon to Septimus Signus
Harvest Blood - In Order:
- Dark Elf blood
- High Elf blood
- Orc Blood blood
- Wood Elf Blood
* Sorry I left out Falmer Blood. You can find Falmers in Blackreach or any other Dwemer ruins. Most of the blood types can be found in Liar's Retreat(North of Broken Tower Redoubt, West of Chillwind Depths)
4). Give the collected blood samples to Septimus Signus
5). Retrieve the book from within the Cube

Go to Halted Stream Camp(North West of Whiterun, Emblem looks like a Teepee). It has all the blood types except Falmer. You can find Falmer in the Sightless Pit(Travel to Winterhold, Walk down the path to the right past the burned down houses for a few 100 steps, then to your left is another huge path with a stone arch, keep going down that way & it'll split so take the left route & walk towards the Dragons Head on your HUD at the top of your screen) The entrance is the hole next to the tent.
