Narrated by Liam Neeson and told through the voices of people with strong opinions on this issue, Resting Places takes a deeper look at the debate surrounding this growing controversy in the United States and around the world. This clip features a debate around a large roadside memorial with 3 crosses in Missouri ranges from legal debate regarding the separation of Church & State to a comedian's website ridiculing memorials to the one of the mothers who maintain this memorial in honor of the lives of their sons.
There is nothing in the Constitution that says "separation Of church and State" What an idiot!

I thought this was a thing that only happened in the Southern U.S., but I see that it is found everywhere. I understand it as a spontaneous personal show of honor, love, respect, and memory for a person who meant something to others during their lifetime.

I look forward to seeing this film. While I understand that this "phenomenon" of roadside memorials is spreading around the world, it seems to me that it is taken out of historical context: memorials to the dead are as old as history. Personally I find them a bit creepy and that they litter the landscape. Even though I am not a churchgoer I am not offended by any religious message at all; in fact, I never considered that aspect.
