I should be calling this Kaizo Mario Kart Double Dash!! instead. I say that because when I played at Toad and Toadette, I made the 150CC look way to freaking easy and not just that, the bombardment of items gets worse for every course. Toad and Toadette always give payback to the opponents who try to get them out of the lead. The "Speedy, Dymamic Duo" gets first place with 150 points!
