@NKS969 It's called a low approach dude. You don't have to land out of every approach and you don't have to go missed out of every approach. Please get off your soapbox and kindly STFU.
@skipplet When was the last time you perf'd a missed appr into IMC? Do you know what the NOTAMS are there? Who knows what his hard deck was for the flight.....It's a just a comment kid. Not a big deal untill your DH is busted or your staring at some big antenna tower because you couldn't hold an altitude......It's sever clear in this vid, so they're just having fun with our gogo juice. Nobody's gona screw the pooch on this hop.......But then again, it IS a T-38 and the idea is 'practice'?
I flew these old crappers at Laughlin in 1995, even then the cockpit was old as hell, jealous of the guys that got to fly the C. I love the vid, makes me feel like I'm in the cockpit again, especially the hellacious noise :0 I can tell by the sound and the acceleration when he throws the gear up for the missed at the end, surprised myself that I remember the noise and sight-picture after so long...
Flew into Mather one time in the 1970s to visit a former T38 student who was on his first assignenment in C141s. Found out you could stuff 4 bottles of wine under the ejection seat!
While you're playin' with the new camera mommy gave you, this kid is desending below 300'......Were you on the ILS to 22 or 4? And who's watchin' the kid?
everything analog in that plane(except HUD)?

@NKS969 1) Who says it's a student up front? 2) Descending below 300' on a missed approach is a problem because...?
