On October 8, 2012, Works & Process at the Guggenheim presented a preview of The Metropolitan Opera's new production of The Tempest. Composer Thomas Adès and director Robert Lepage participated in a discussion moderated by Peter Gelb and Met artists, including Simon Keenlyside, performed excerpts prior to its premiere at the Metropolitan Opera.
