@kyle0091000 I respect them too. But women being paid less than men is largely the result of career choice and society's expectations about a woman's role in the home. If you want to close the pay gap then you need to encourage more women to become involved in areas like engineering and science and more men to take a greater role in the home.

Because women are often expected to be primary caregivers, they often take lower paying part time jobs. The sexism exists, but not where you're looking.

Wow and somehow Canada has been able to carry on without these programs nobody ever heard of... Status of Women offices?? Women represent 51% of the population in a free democratic society.. Men are the minority and have no status of male offices.
