What eyeliner and concealer do you use? My concealer always looks majorly cakey. :( Thank you:D

GOD! I needa learn how to do that! I wanna cosplay as Allen in August and I needa style the wig!
I know you do make up and all, but do you know how to do his hand? I plan on getting black fake nails or painting my nails black and painting my hand red and such. Would you know how to paint it?
