@newbubblefire ~ Isn't she though? As kids we used to play "Aqua man" underwater..and move like him..but the way Daryl moves is so far from Aqua man, yet its the same motion...wow! I imagine after shooting she must have been so water logged (so to speak).....agrees...it is a beautiful scene.

I was obsessed with this movie! I watched it a hundred times as a kid. Even drew Daryl Hannah as a mermaid at the back of my notebooks in class. Lol. This is a beautiful scene. She's so realistic and graceful!

@vaporeon333xxx Oh yes surely ;-D! All the stuntgirls who were supposed to double her in the swimming scenes could not swim as well as her with that thing on by far (aka swimming fast and "graceful" as she did, so much about the "easiness" of that sooo easy dolphin kick), so the film makers finally decided to allow her to do it herself. And when she swam, the security team could not keep up with her (!). And all this while holding her breath and looking like a real stunner :-D You Dumbo! ;-D
