Fosters, a symbol of brewing excellence, bagged this prestigious award at INDSPIRIT 2008, organised by Ambrosia in Mumbai on 14 November, 2008. Fosters, trouncing the other brands in what was a closely contested race, emerged the finest among brands such as Kingfisher Mild, Budweiser, Carlsberg, Stella Artois, Becks, Tiger and Cobra. Other SAB Miller brands, Peroni and Royal Challenge Premium were also nominated in the Mild Beer category.
