Barclays should watch the advert as this is exactly what thet have become.
The have gone from being a good bank with personal service to providing deficient unintelligible service from a call centre in Mumbai.

Was too young to see this air (or remember it, anyway). Now I don't know whether it reminds me of Red Dwarf, Doctor Who or Brazil (or some unholy mix).
Funny how Stracey goes from looking like Pertwee's Doctor to Deckard in this.
