Timelaps video of a salvage project I had. An idea was to buy a boat gone bad cheap and fix it to good. This is a four meter fiberglass boat manufactured in 1973. It weights 80 kilograms, capacity is four persons, and outboard recomendation is max 8 horsepower. I have four horsepower motor, and it goes 8,5 knots with 2 persons. As an old boat, there were several holes, patched poorly thou and I decided to open them all up and do it properly myself. I found soft unhardened putty, flaking fiberglass and topcoat due to somebody not sanding the lower surface at all for new layer to fasten well. Project took me 3 weeks, 70 hours to be exact and cost 184 euros.
