Also at the same time, looks like a pretty neat wall cloud or a shelf cloud. I've though a bit it was a funnel cloud that tried to develop.

I think this was filmed in the Bayshore area judging by the condo tower at the start and what looks like a Petro-Canada station. I'm trying to find which exactly which lightning struck extremely close (probably less then 10 meters away) to my place at around 5:30. I'm living northeast of were the video was shoot on the Quebec side on the northside of Gatineau just east of the Gatineau park hills. Not sure if at 3:15 the camera is paned to the northeast but it could have been that bolt.

Yup, that was taken in the Bayshore area. That bolt at 3:15 was to the north east. It looked like a huge one. The thunder clap from it was intense! That was one crazy storm.
