I must agree with those people who like this version...personally I think it's the BEST....as always MARR is over the top!!!!!this LIVE version highlights MARR in a straightforward restrained fashion....the guitar parts are devilishly held back while still allowing Marr's talent to occupy center stage!!! NOT ONE overplayed riff....excellent job!!!...xxzeon (g e z) NME critic

I read somewhere that Johnny Marr was never happy with the live version and thought it sounded a bit 'thin' compared to the studio recording with all its multitracked guitar parts.
Still sounds great to me though!!!

Justin beiber needs to take notes from the smiths! Matter of fact, maybe all of today's music should seeing how it all sounds like crap! The only good music I've heard this century has to be audioslave, dethclok, and not much more. 80s and 90s had the best music and today's will never come close to them! And the mood of the song doesn't always have to be about bunnies and fake teen love you beiber cockriders
