Took a trip up on the Blue Ridge Parkway even though most of the sections are closed. This particular overlook is still accessible. The temperature was about 20 degrees without the wind chill. The clouds were slowly moving over the mountains and some snow was falling in the distance.

This was taken from Black Mountain Overlook at Milepost 342 on the Blue Ridge Parkway.

This was taken at 10x normal speed on my Canon A3300IS camera using my DIY timer to pan from right to left.

  • @TheGeo913 - Thanks.. I am really blessed to live in such a beautiful part of the country. Everyday is something new as you have seen with the last few time lapse videos I have posted. I have so many ideas but weather isnt cooperating.. Right after doing this video.. that afternoon it started to snow again :)
