I like to think if they are intelligent enough to overtake properly they should be able to suss out what I'm doing, I do get the occasional brake lights illuminated to acknowledge.

@finbat yep i agree - most drivers by now have discovered that their vehicles come equipped with brakes and steering wheels.

@urbanmanc1 your riding style is exemplary - and will help keep you safe from the odd dinosaur that still doesn't get it. good job!

Good posting - shows that more and more drivers are getting used to driving around cyclists. The wave of thanks always helps to reinforce good driving (it cheers me up when you see a driver with a grin on his face).
