Most likely. Unfortunately I foolishly put my faith in the toothpaste because of a Simpsons episode, and it failed miserably lol.
Thankfully, the bubbles did the job anyway, so it all worked out in the end.

It all balances out. I didn't have time to shower that day, so in essence, I used less water than I normally would.
Besides. With any luck, this one time expenditure will stop American tourists from doing it all over the place.
