What I find interesting about the video is that the key points of almost all of Bart Ehrman's books is the FACT that humans wrote the books and made mistakes that were handed down by either oral tradition or slips of the pen. Now, if you look under the video and hit the 'Interactive Transcript' button, you'll see dozens of mistakes that are made as this simple fifteen-minute-long chat takes place. Imagine what would happen with a discussion more than a hundred times longer!

Is there an assumption that the church 'fathers' had it wrong, or had less than honest intentions? Can this assumption be placed on any commentator today, such as the three in this video? Is it possible the church 'fathers' had it correct in evaluating the manuscripts as to their validity of inspiration?

@endabutler You've seen Jesus? where is the evidence for Jesus? why are there 40 Jesus characters who came before Jesus? They're all myths, but the one who came last, the one who is the LEAST original is a real person? Horus, Dionysus, Attis, Mithra, Krishna, the list goes on folks. NO EVIDENCE for JESUS + Massive Evidence for PLAGIARISM = MYTH. There is no logical basis to believe in Jesus Christ. That is completely unreasonable and irrational.
