@DarcPrynce The trouble we have (and the government knew it when they wrote the law), it is not the smoker that gets punnished, but the property owner. If only I could be punished for MY crimes, then I would commit them willingly. But being a man of honour, I would not wish another to be fined for my actions. The Labour fascists knew what they were doing when they decided to fine landlords thousands instead of fifty quid for a smoker :-(

100 years ago, the only 2 state officials the average person would encounter were a post man and a police officer. Nowadays you can't move for the buggers. Too much red tape & petty officials. Maybe they could replace foxes for people to hunt with dogs.
