@trademestuff ..C'mon now, smokes were just an example. Petrol, food etc etc. Labour were the ones that brought in the ETS scam. Why are we the only ones in the world doing it? We seem to be one of the guinea pig nations of the world. Womens rights, eftpos, ets, when will it end? Read State Secrets part 1 and 2. Read Air Con from Ian Wishart. Everything is not what it seems. Labour, National, Act, they all the same. No matter who you choose, the agendas of the west will prevail.

If you think I am a John Key supporter you are even more delusional. People don't just live off cigarettes and are not a good measure of standard of living. I am proud member of the NZ Labour party and have seen their great work in action, raising the minimum wage, reducing income inequality, working for families and interest free student loans all of which has helped the general public.

@trademestuff ..ok then mr John Key bootlicker, tell me all about it??
-
If you think cigarettes are a good measure for cost of living you are delusional, plus its still not an 900% increase and minimum wage was not $10 in 1980.

@eastsider4eva glad to see some kiwis that are awake. keep strong brother
-
@411smiths Labour upped minimum wage from $10 - $12.50, not National.
Beneficiary payments have also stayed the same as living costs have skyrocketed, as well as many other things i.e. University funding.
National's happy to either leave that as is or make more funding cuts to them.
Nationals current policies resemble those of the 1980's which saw New Zealand undergo the largest rise in income inequality out of all the OECD member nations.
People who support National are usually uneducated.

@sekamenacerecords ..C'mon mate, are you hearing me or you heard me but you aint listening? The whole party process is a facade, an illusion. Labor is National and National is Labor. I bet if Labor had stayed in power, things will be just the same if not worse. Check this fact out, 1980 minimum wage $10, pack 20 cigs cost $1.80, 2005 minimum wage $10, pack of cigs $9. Minimum wage stayed the same for 25 years yet increase in living up around 900%. Its going to get worse my brother, keep strong

@411smiths Regardless of everything else, Labour is still better than National. National breaks multiple election promises that they used to buy votes and yet the majority of middle class New Zealand are so stuck on the bandwagon that they're still voting National in polls. I feel like I'm living in the USA during the Bush era trying to work out how the fuck my country is so stupid?

FUCK IT ALL PEOPLE. NO MATTER WHO WE CHOOSE THE RESULT WILL BE THE SAME. LABOUR OR NATIONAL, THE COUNTRYS FUCKED ANYWAY. THEY GIVE THE ILLUSIION OF 2 WARRING PARTIES WHEN BEHIND THE SCENES THEY ALL BUDDIESS, NUDGE,NUDGE,WINK,WINK. FUCK YOU ALL BASTARDS.

labour is the scum of the earth
Completely out of context? You decide. This is from mid 2005:
Key: "This is a complete and utter hoax, if I may say so. The impact of the Kyoto Protocol, even if one believes in global warming - and I am somewhat suspicious of it - is that we will see billions and billions of dollars poured into fixing something that we are not even sure is a problem. Even if it is a problem, it will be delayed for about 6 years. Then it will hit the world in 2096 instead of 2102, or something like that."
