Julie pointed out the following strengths for Kirstyn: overall VERY strong in the room, "a powerhouse"; great persistence and directness and clarity with requests and calling back to the game; fun, light and playful requests; great celebrating him; great setting clear roles for Elliot and yourself; passionate joining; great making the interactions last as long as possible. Julie had a few points to add but after further discussion we all realized they did not apply. Other lessons & reminders included: whatever is happening in the room at any given moment is exactly what is suppose to be happening; all requests are useful even if Elliot does not respond, it's like planting a seed; getting a no from a child is a good thing - it helps you access where the child is at; a ineffectively executed technique with the intention of love is more effective than a perfectly executed technique without the love.
