  • @RE5niggajoedickballs yeh it means u have to chage the bearing becasue they are destroyed it hapend to me many times

  • Are there any bearings in there....because every time I start to pedal, it makes a really bad and annoying crunch noise! Any suggestions on what it could be would be great! BTW, it's a Norco Atomik VPS!
