I am sorry but both of you don't rotate your hips enough. It's ok to cut your tecnique during tournaments, but not during practice. Black must go back and correct the problem. Blue belt work your hardest to fix it.

For the record, we were about 9 months away from getting our blackbelts at the time----so we learned quite a bit in that frame of time. Besides, I don't see any videos of YOU posted doing TKD. Hmph!
