I get your point, but don't you think the potential of opening up their songs to a different audience is a good thing? Bikini Kill's songs are just as relevant today as they were 18 years ago - Bikini Kill stuck a strong chord with me as a teenager and helped to change my whole outlook on life which I believe gave me a stronger opinion and voice and changed my perception of what I'd been fed my obligations were as a female. If this band inspires just one girl, its all worth it.

oh em gee...how cute...i hearted bikini kill my jr highschool years..so much that i tried to start my own cover band, but i couldnt find anyone with enough heart to make it meaningful and satisfying..so's i just did "feels blind" acousticly at open mic and got my venting out that way*...keep on livin!!!
