  • He says scrap Obamacare but he sure didn't embrace the GOP position. Buffett gave a pro American citizen positiion. and that's heartbreaking for some people who are just looking for a glass to pure their partisan hatred into.

  • Congress """"ARE YOU LISTENING?"""

  • @robinhood2be You have no clue what you are saying. National healthcare is terrible you idiot.

  • US HEALTH CARE SYSTEM'S RANKED ON BOTTOM 7 OF INDUSTRIALIZED COUNTRIES. GOOGLE IT. I LIVED MOST OF MY LIFE WITH NATIONAL HEALTH CARE IN AUSTRALIA & IT WORKS. HOW CAN YOU MAKE TOTAL PRIVATE SECTOR STOCK MARKET PROFIT FROM SOME1'S ILLNESS? EVEN UNDER A NATIONAL SYSTEM YOU CAN CHOOSE TO GET PRIVATE SECTOR LUXURIES. IT DOES NOT EFFECT EVERY PART OF YOUR LIFE AT ALL AS THIS MAN FEAR MONGERS. MY AUTISTIC SON IS NOW FUNCTIONALLY WELL BECAUSE OF NATIONAL HEALTH CARE. BUFFETTING BULLSHIT WITHOUT FACTS

  • It's not as simple as saying scrap this or scrap that. That's a very simplistic stance on what he means. He's talking about cost as he said, and not the cost of the health law but the cost of health care in this country. The only qualm I have with this law is Buffett's qualm; it doesn't increase cost but it also doesn't really stop the current trend. I feel that videos like these misrepresent what the man is trying to say and simply turns it into something partisan and silly.

  • @brothermoon

The Bush/GOP policies created the second worst recession in American history.

Listen carefully to what Buffet says. The cost of health care in America is affecting America's competitive edge in the world. Something needs to be done.

Here's the problem. If there was a *pure private sector* solution it would be implemented already.

Unfortunately, there is no such thing. The human body is defective. Can you get care insurance if you are a repeat DUI offender?

  • Buffett speaks as one who understands finance and business. The administration and much of congress is only concerned with political agendas and therefore spins reality, omits details, and quotes phantom figures when talking about costs. It's no wonder they fail at any venture that would success in the private sector.
