This is my third weightlifting video on youtube. The first one was basically all bench press, the second "movie" was all Squats and this one returns to upper body lifts. I originally planned something else for this video, something much longer and countless more exercises were going to be included, but in the end I decided to make a short video clip of my workouts that I could view for myself and show my friends. So, yeah, this is old footage from months ago, just like my original movie was a few months old before I decided to post it. I doubt that I'll be posting another one of these videos anytime soon because I am very busy and lately the camera has done more harm to my workouts than good (it can be very distracting).
