Thanks a lot guys. I just turned off AA and then set the max frames to 100. I am burning it up with my crosfire MSI 5770 hawks overclocked at 1000mhz.. XD

I got i7 920 4ghz
6gm ram 1600
gtx 295
and its stuttering but not lagging
but maxfps 30 is not enough 40-50 fps is good for play

wound ubisoft release a proper fix for this ?

Found a solution to this problem, at least for me. In game open console and type gfx_maxfps 30.

I already have the Catalyst 8.11 and the stuttering is worse then with the Hotfix
