i think it's hilarous. But you probably need a background on what's going on that makes it funny: Everyone discovers that McSteamy is joining the hospital...he's got a history and a bad reputation (with sleeping with Derek's wife Addison) but now he's back and that means more drama and awkwardness. Meredith is obviously sick and has no idea what's going on and no one's paying attention to her throwing up at the moment (which is funny). Meanwhile she's dating Derek and Finn at the same time.

god i remember watching this in my college dorm tv lounge with a bunch of other fans. we were all like "OMG TOO MANY THINGS HAPPENING AT ONCE!!" classic.
