From what I know, you could've still drove on it and performed a "limp" drive, where you drive slower and more carefully if not a lot of weight is on the back duals.

I was in a camper road tripping, and we blew a dualie tire like that. Except we couldn't buy just one tire, had to buy 2.... I notice your bus is named Shiela? You can't pick up chicks in a tank!!
