Ralf Schumacher kicks Toyota F1 at 2005 USGP

I took this video from the upper B stand at Indy, and it includes rare footage of Ralf Shumacher kicking his 2005 Toyota F1 car after it comes to a stop along the pit wall.

During Friday practice at the 2005 US Grand Prix Formula One race, Ralf Schumacher's Toyota crashed into the wall at turn 13 (Indy 500 turn 1). The video here shows the aftermath of the crash, Ralf getting out of the car and kicking his Toyota (which I've never seen broadcast anywhere else) and finally getting into the medical car.

Failures of Michelin tires at the 2005 USGP resulted in all but 3 teams withdrawing from the event, and only 6 cars took the green flag.

it's 2004 caus the 2005 race only had 6 cars in the ferraris jordans and minardis

@hiptohumus - this is from the afternoon practice session of 2005. Ralf's crash and Jarno Truli's in the morning practice session were caused by issues with the Michelin tires failing at the Indianapolis track that year.

@hiptohumus Ralf was in the BMW in 2004, He had a nasty smash in the grand prix that year.

0:24 for the car kick, 0:29 for thinking "shouldn't have kicked it as hard as that. That really hurt my foot" :P

and this is why we had a six car race. the michelin tyres were deemed to dangerous after this blowout and thats why and teams on bridgstones raced.
