I tried to enter the portal to fight bork but it won't let me. what's wrong?

Must complete The Hunt For Surok quest and then it is only every 24 hours to kill him. So if you kill him at 5pm then you can kill him again the next day at 5pm or later.

1. It is every 24 hours. If you go too soon it won't let you in.

2. If you never gotten through before then you have not finished the quest "The Hunt for Surok".
