Lift Me Up is the second single released from Jeff Lynne's Armchair Theatre album. I used the song from the CD and widened the stereo sound field and increased the dynamic range and remastered it for best possible sound. I hope you enjoy this version!

The rhytm guitar on this one reminds a lot of the rhytm guitar on The Wilburys tune End of the Line and Tom Pettys I won't back down. Hm, could it be the genius of Mr. Lynnes work on the other tracks.. ?

I think that this song would sound great if somebody rewrote it as a gospel song, if they made the chorus sound almost the same

The first time I watched this video I didn't even hear the music. I was too mesmerized by the early nineties CGI.

But, yeah, now that I've had another whack at it, the song is excellent :)
