@Lekter sugar in it as possible. because even real sugar can be bad for us wit GI probs...peace

@Lekter dont believe the doctors lol they just makin that $. sodas are no good for ya period, in any way! ESPECIALLY the ones with artificial sweetners or whatever sprite zero is claiming to have. diet sodas are worse for you than the real deal. your government simply doesnt give a fuck about you. or me, or anyone else but themselves and their families. and satan of course. anyhow instead drink alkaline water or even tea at times. i like sweet tea but i must make sure to put as little REAL

@Lekter you have to buy the machine because alkaline water is only good for a day or so, so you cant really find someone with a machine and just store up alot of it. plus the machine lasts for like 10-15 years and the filters last me forever! i havent had to change filters yet one time in like 2 years. but we only have 2 people drinking from the machine at any given time. filters are like around $80 bucks i think

@Lekter alkaline water, acidic water, and purified water. what you will be drinkin is the alkaline water. it makes 4 different types of each water alkaline/acidic. within just a couple days you feel the relief. you have to slowly build up to the stronger types of alkaline water that it makes over the course of a few weeks. when all else fails for me, i go to my water machine and of course prayer. the machine was the only thing that worked for me during one time of my life so im proud of it :)

@Lekter also did i mention the ionic water machine yet on here? i talk about it on some of my comments on different videos. that thing works miracles if you are ever wanting extra relief or if you know someone who has tried other GI remedies that didnt end up working for them. i bought the Athena water ionizer, its around $2000 or atleast it was at that time, but the benefits are far far worth it. it was made by a japanese GI doctor and it significantly reduces ulcers and flareups. it makes

@Lekter yep i hear ya loud and clear. i have argued with several people on youtube that are so gung ho about doctors though. they are dying of x,y,z disease and they still believe the fuckers. they trust them more than the man upstairs. actually....thats been the problem of our downfall and ultimate failure anyhow for a while. i have argued and argued with people who just cease to listen and think for once, just once, that it could be a conspiracy to wipe us out by makin us all slowly sick.
-
@unleasheth and for some reason I dont get sick. So theres a good example of how complicated a diet can be. You think youre gonna get sick by eating something and in the end nothing happens. Sodas for sure make you sick though.
-
@unleasheth I don't trust doctors anymore bro. They don't care ya know. They keep prescribing me the same shit and tell me to come back in 4 months. They can go to hell. I'm gonna keep watching what I eat and work out at least 3 times a week. I'm gonna be my own doctor. If anything the only time I'll see a doctor is when I need another colonoscopy to see how f'd up my colon is haha. Anyway man I'm crazy bro causeI've been eating yougurt (Dannon fit and light strawberry the 50 calorie version)
-
@unleasheth I agree with you man Rx drugs trigger new symptoms or side effects on top of not doing enough to keep you flare free. I simply stopped taking medications man. I was prescribed Canasa but among the side effects you got heart disease, constant rectal bleeding, and lots of gas. I mean that's ridiculous. Im trying to get rid of bleeding and you're telling me that it causes bleeding I mean what the hell is that. So yeah bro whatever happens happens.
Hey man ive had UC for almost a year now... do you think drinking Sprite Zero is safe? have you tried it? if so hows your UC...I heard carbonated drinks makes UC worst but untill a doctor tells me that I wont believe it...I'm thinkining about drinking sprite zero cause im tired of water 24/7

@Lekter Hey Man, I don't drink Sprite Zero. I try to stay away form Carbonated drinks, nearly all the time. Maybe I have one every two weeks if that. If you do give the drink a try, and it works for you, let me know. I'd be interested in someone saying firsthand they did not have a problem with a carbonated drink.

@ihaveuc I tried it for a while and my symptoms got worse but i dont know if it was coincidence...sometimes i eat or drink something and i get sick. dairy products worsen my symtoms for sure. i tried puddin the other day and i went to the bathroom like 6 times in one day..anyway I dont know man but eveything that has citric acid in it worsens my colitis..im stuck with water....even gatorade is bad for me cause it has citric acid..im sick of just water every single day but i have no choice.

@Lekter @Lekter Yo lekter, that way too bad that you didn't see any relief. I feel you completely on the dairy being a massive no no. Not sure though why my guts be cool with the citric acids. I seem to be having no problem pounding the orange juice as I drink it all day long. Just never the stuff from concentrate though. not bad though being stuck with water. have you noticed anything getitng any beter in the last two days?

@ihaveuc My bleeding hasnt stopped though. I still bleed a lot. Do you bleed a lot? I'm not taking anything, not even Canasa, or anything and Im afraid my colitis is geeting worse if i dont do anything about it even though there no cure for it anyways. Anyway, do you still bleed? I wonder if its normal to bleed a lot when u hvae colitis. Take care.

@Lekter Hey, i don't really bleed much at all anymore. sure there will be a day or two every few weeks or months where I might see something in the dude that looks redish, but that's about it.
