Darick Robertson launches THE BOYS @ Isotope

TRANSMETROPOLITAN co-creator Darick Robertson launches his new Garth Ennis written comic epic THE BOYS at the world famous Isotope - the comic book lounge.

To celebrate, a competition was held we affectionately call "Got a Favorite Superhero? Wanna See 'Em Get Beat Down by THE BOYS?" For this in-store event Darick chose five winners and drew their pieces live. Five more were drawn at a later date.This artwork was then mailed to each of the winners for them to frame and proudly display.

Got the oversized version and read the first 14 issues. Started off great.. the art started slipping towards the end which was dissappointing. Didn't care much for the story in Russia with Super Sausage or whatever his name was... silly as shit though as all issues have been till now. It's so over the top, you have to love it. Gotta pick up the other 14 issues now and see how it goes.
