I agree though, if you're going to cover this song, you can't make it sound "folky" it just sounds bad... Than again "Achtung Baby" is probably my all time favorite album, so yeah I am VERY partial!!!! I have to give you credit for trying though... :p

that is by far the funniest and worst U2 cover i have ever heard. some songs are just NOT meant to be played acoustically, this is obviously one of them.
