are you a car mechanic?? or just another wholesaler mad about ecommerce, first of all you can see buckets of flowers in the back, second, if you read the instructions you will at leads fill the vase with water and re-cut the stems
Same thing almost happened to me. The flowers were advertised for $19.99. They don't show you the shipping and handling costs until AFTER you put your credit card in and confirm your purchase. They have ridiculous costs. My order ended up being over $50 becuase they have sunday shipping which was around $19.99 then another handling cost around $5 plus tax. They also refused to return my purchase; in the fine print it says no returns. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!! HUGE RIP-OFF!!
So glad you showed this, I so hope more consumers can see what kind of crap they get from companies like ProFlowers. It's always best to use your local florist!
Change the name of the video so that if someone searches"ProFlowers" this will pop up as well! Totally unacceptable, but not surprising... the lilies and tulips they sell aren't much better, I'd be surprised if the Starfighters even open.

Maybe if you took the time to actually arrange the flowers you would have a better looking bouquet.
