This is Part II. If I was to post a picture of every Persian food it would take days if not years but youtube only allows 10 minute videos so...

The writings expressed in this video are those of Margaret Shaida, an Englishwoman who married an Iranian man and after moving to Iran fell in love with the food and wrote the book The Legendary Cuisine Of Persia which went on to win the Glenfiddich Food Book of the year Award.

  • Thanks for the video. I would advise you as a friend to refrain from any tint of negativity. It can be done. Europe of the past 30 years has accepted many Iranian refugees. I think that's Europe keeping the doors open at meal time! It is not nice to write "Unlike Europeans, a Persian..." We all have differences but deep down we are all people who have to learn to respect each other. Nationalism is good to some extent. But exclusion is no way to take.

  • i loves persian people and i think persian food are the best and tasty food in the whole world just love it! and i puertorican.
