It can integrate to standard sip ip pbx's like 3cx and pbxnsip.
Works very nice.
Some tips we've found using it heavily:
-how to start a group chat
-how to make Spark look like a windows app
-using the web chat login

Note mentioned in the video:
-my apologies: i'm using a new video mixing system!
-Openfire does integrate to active directory
-Openfire does not do sip internally but depends on a sip server like 3cx or pbxnsip.
-Spark IM client has a VERY Nice SIP phone as an addon
