we just got a new Sony Handycam HDR-SR11 camera and the sound quality is much better than my digital camera so the sound from the snare drum actually sounds really close to how it sounds like without mics im very happy about it cause now i got a decent sound without having to buy mics :) well enjoy rate comment subscribe thanks

batter side is a Aquarian Super 2-coated

snare side is just the stock Remo OCDP head

batter side is tuned fairly tight and is tighter than the bottom

you can make a 20 dollar snare sound like a 1000 snare if you what your doing :D

umm you dont want to have a tight grip when doing rolls...depending on the roll you actually want more of a loose grip and use your forearm/wrist

nice, I have the exact same snare except in white and it cost me 150 bucks less... paying 150 bucks more just for the wrap wasn't something I was gonna do

not if you include hardware. hardware is like 100-200$ unless you get complete garbage hardware.

if youknow of some secret site that you can buy lugs n stuff from for under 20$ thatd be cool to let me know (and i know this comment is a year old. who cares)
