@buellrob59 Yeah, the people in the background were idiots for yelling at the cops, but cops are trained to deal with situations a lot tougher than some train passengers screaming at them from 20 feet away. What reason was there for the officer to shoot the boy while he was handcuffed and on the ground? what reason could there possibly have been? absolutely none! as an officer, you dont shoot someone because some dumbfuck is yelling at you!
