Fear makes us act to avoid danger, and that is why it passed evolutionary barriers to still be with us. It would be wonderful if it was restricted to that. The fear that enters our heart and makes itself at home is a danger in itself. Neurosis, compulsive actions, mindless over reaction, suffocating, light obfuscating, heavy weight that inhales joy and life out of the unsuspecting fear vessel.
