@Steve6906 thought the form was ok as it wasn't a "swing" routine. if I was being picky I'd probably extend the posterior leg in the single leg dead lift

Don't worry about your technique. Whatever you're doing is obviously working. That body is incredible!
-
@Kitty8Tim how many lbs are you lifting??
-
please don't respond to the internet couch critics. Only answer "where's your video of a better technique?"

@Kitty8Tim each is 12KG????

First of all, terrible terrible form while doing the movements. If she keeps training like that she'll have back problems to beat the band. Combined with all the constant over extension of the knees and hyper extension of the wrists and back (the main problem with kettle bells in the first place) she'll be a wreak before she hits menopause.
Kettle bells....................swing your way into traction!!!
No thanks!!

@Steve6906 LOL - While a admit my form wasn't by any means perfect, I wouldn't say it was terrible. Can I ask you to explain how someone can over extend their knees?? That made me laugh! "hyper extension of the wrists and back" - please share where in the video this happened to the extent you believe it will leave me a wreck?

Very Good stuff!! Not to be too annoying in my opinion the windmill is done a bit incorrect. You should bent the opposite knee a bit.
Keep up the good work and be strong!

@djmusho You can start by bending one leg, if you are not flexible enough, but it's actually the leg on the same side as the Kettlebell you are meant to bend. Advancing the exercise, you keep both legs unlocked, but straight. Have a search for Steve Cotter's High windmill instructional video, you will see him progress it and develop the stretch. I also did a Windmil tutorial recently.
