to be fair, the drums are okay, just a touch loud over the rest of the guys in the band, but when you're playing live, the only solution is to pop the drummer behind a screen, and amp everything else up as loud as possible! Unfortunately, this has the effect of the audience being at a safe distance, and standing in the car park! Trouble then is that it all sounds brill, but no one can see the guys in the band! On TOTP they would have mixed it to all sound at same volume for TV audience...
